Why do I need Oxygen?
As we know we can go weeks without food, days without water but only minutes without oxygen. Oxygen is found in the air we breathe the water we drink and the food we eat. Due to manufacturing processes, modern farming methods and air pollution our bodies take in and utilise a lot less oxygen then we require.
Symptoms from lack of oxygen are: Stress, fatigue, tiredness, difficulty breathing, disturbed sleep.

How does it work?
You take oxygen 4 life or sports oxyshot orally in 10ml servings on an empty stomach. Because your stomach is empty and the liquid solution has less then 6g of carbohydrate per 100ml your body automatically will not send it into your digestive system but digest it through your stomach wall and straight into your blood stream, the same way an isotonic drink works.
With 150,000 parts per million of oxygen in comparison to tap water which has about 8 parts per million Sports oxyshot gives a huge boost to the arterial oxygen levels in the blood.
This then becomes a worlds first due to the product having a PH level of 7.9 making it safe to drink where older versions had a potentially toxic level of 3.4

Studies at Hull University U.K. and Victoria University Australia show that

A study carried out at the medical research centre Salt Lake City U.S.

Injuries?

How much should I take?
You should take between 10-20ml (users over 100kg may require up to 30-40ml) depending on the duration and intensity of the exercise. It should be taken on an empty stomach at least 30 mins before you start.

Are there any side affects?
No there are absolutely no side affects. If you take too much at one time you feel a slight upset stomach but this is very unlikely.
